The South Side Healthcare Collaborative (SSHC) is a network of federally qualified health centers (FQHC), free and charitable clinics an academic medical center and community hospitals. SSHC members are located within the zip codes and communities that make up the South Side of Chicago.

The South Side Healthcare Collaborative is committed to improving the health of the residents of Chicago’s south side by advancing the work of its members through service, education, networking and advocacy.
